Ryan chooses Raiders

Raiders 2009 5-11

Raiders 2010 10-6

Total +5

vs.

Rowdy Choses Saints

Saints 2009 13-3

Saints 2010 3-13

Total +10

There is a 10 win swing, therefore Rowdy wins

2) Who will be the MVP of 2010-2011? (3 names)

Example:

1) Tom Brady

2) Peyton Manning

3) Ron Jaworski

3) Who will play in, and win the Super Bowl?

Example:

Lions vs Browns

Browns win 14 -2

4) List 8 teams who will finish the regular season above .500 in 2010?

8-8 does not count, but 9-7 does

5) Who is the comeback player of the year in 2010?

Example: John Kitna

For more history click link below:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Football_League_Comeback_Player_of_the_Year_Award

6) Who will be the offensive and defensive Rookies of the Year in 2010? Pick 2 names on both sides of the ball

Example for 2008 year Matt Ryan/Jake Long Chris Long/Glen Dorsey

History:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Football_League_Rookie_of_the_Year_Award

7) Who will be the 3 worst teams in the NFL by W and L record this year?

Example:

Jen chooses:

Rams – (1-15)

Lions- (2-14)

Browns- (5-11)

Jen = 8 total wins

DB chooses:

Washington (4-12)

TB- (3-13)

Patriots- (10-6)

DB = 17 total wins

Jen is the winner

Give the final standings for the 2010 by divisions. I want all divisions.

Place a capital “Z” by all playoff teams. There should be a total of 12.

Score will be calculated by playoff teams that hold last place in each division

Example:

NFC North

1- Vikings Z

2- Bears Z

3- Packers

4- Lions

9) Pick three players who will have the most interceptions in the regular season. At the end we will add up their total interceptions to determine a victor. If your players get hurt, tough shit, don’t pick a sissy.

Example:

Jimmy D chooses

Charles Tillman (2)

Lyle Alzado (15)

Atari Bigby (1)

Jimmy D’s total =’s 18 ints

10) Who will be the most penalized team in 2010 based on total yards penalized?

Example:

Raiders

11) How many picks will Matt Ryan throw this season?

Example:

He will throw 13

12) What team will punt the ball the most times this year?

Just so you know the 49ers were the leader in 2009 with 99 punts. Pick any one team you like!

13) Will any team sweep their own division in 2010 like the Beangals did the AFC North in 2009? If yes, who?

Example:

NO

Example:

Yes, the Bills will sweep the East

14) What NFC & AFC team will score the most regular season points?

Example:

NFC – Bears

AFC – Dolphins

15) What team will lead the league in QB sacks? (Choose 2 teams)

Example:

Carolina

Jacksonville

16) How many teams will go either 0-16, or 16-0

Example:

0

17) Will Green Bay sweep the Vikings in 2010?

Example:

Hell No

Answers will be put to a vote

18) Who will be the best 3 off-season acquisitions of 2010? These need to be player that make a difference, please use your better judgement here.

Example:

TO

Peppers

Fanica

19) Who will have the most positive impact on their new team Mcnabb, Delhome, or Jason Campbell?

Wins and losses will be a top priority, but if Delohme is scoring 35 points a game and the Browns go 6-10. And McNabb is hurt on and off and the Redskins finish 7-9 then we have to use our wizardry in our voting

20) What 2 players will we be laughing about cause they sucked so bad in the regular season?

Please pick guys that aren’t washed up to begin with. This should be considered when voting.

Example:

Rowdy D says Brandon Marshall

Ryan says Mike Williams (Seattle)

They both have horrible seasons, Rowdy D gets the edge w/o hesitation. In this scenario, a horrible season is not getting hurt. It is getting benched due to play, fumbling, getting booed, dropping clutch passes.

21) Who is the biggest 1st round draft bust in 2010? (pick one)

Example:

Heyward Bay in 2009

22) Will the NFL go on strike next year? (for fun only)

Example:

No

23) How many more current NFL’ers will fall victim to the Purple Drank in 2010? Cut off time is kick off at the NFL Pro Bowl game? (for fun only)

Example:

3

Jamarcus Russell will get picked up by Houston only to get himself and two other players on the Texans suspended in the biggest NFL Purple Drank scandal EVER!

24) Crazy Predictions

Example

NFL Coach will have inappropriate sexual relations with cheerleader from opposing division rival

Biggest Purple Drank Scandal Ever in 2010

NFL player will lose his pants and continue running on during game

etc

The reason why I would never buy a Canon scanner again is because of customer support. Canon is absolutely horrible about updating drivers for scanners when new OS’s are released. For example, I bought the Canon 656U and it was a great for a good 3-5 years. But then Apple updated to 10.5, and then I see Canon isn’t interested in doing any further updates. Therefore I’m left holding the bag on this scanner. Mechanically, it works great, but because Canon won’t update the driver, I’m donating it to Good Will. I see there are a few make-shift drivers out there, but about 50% of the users say they don’t work. Sounds like a waste of time. I do understand that Canon has to cut the cord at some point with updates. But come on, this is silly.

It appears Canon’s lack of updating drivers is featured on many models of their scanners. They update for 1 or maybe 2 new OS’s, then you’re on your own. AWESOME!

The funny thing is the reason I feel this way has very little to do with assisted death (which I am 100% in favor of). But it was his view points on religion, freedom, fear, and the closed minded that were so on point. He is light years ahead of most others and he makes it look so simple. I highly recommend watching a few interviews with him that don’t focus solely on assisted death. My favorite one was with Fox News, where he literally schools the interviewer in a three piece segment. Thanks Jack!

Is there even a point in watching the Raiders if Jamarcus Russell is playing? The answer is a simple no. I have refused to watch much of the Raider games over the past few seasons because there is simply no point. Watching Jamarcus steer the Raider’s ship is like watching Kathy Geiss run GE on 30 Rock. The funniest thing about this is that the Raiders actually have a pretty stellar team without Russell.

All Pro quarterbacks such as Steve Young and Joe Theismann have simply ripped Russell a new one. My favorite quote came from Theismann, “I can tell you conclusively that JaMarcus Russell never will be able to play QB in the National Football League. He just doesn’t get it.” I don’t think I could sum it up any better myself.

I don’t care how much money you have tied up in him, cut him or have a fire sale. There is nothing to hold on to.

Let me state this very clearly, America needs a full on “Energy Revolution.” This will put America back on the map as a number 1. We didn’t become the country of power by putting one foot in, and one foot out. It’s right in front of our faces, yet we strongly push on with nuclear and coal energy. That’s like using the offensive schemes from Super Bowl 1 in Super Bowl 43. Sure it might work if you have a super dominant team, because at that point scheme doesn’t matter. But once you face strong competition, the scheme grows useless, tired, and ineffective.

My favorite example is the Toyota Prius. After a huge recall, it is still in high demand and back ordered. Why is that? The people want change, and even after a huge mishap, they will still line up for it. How many products can boast that? By moving all cars from gas to electric/solar/hydrogen we can spark an energy revolution by recreating the automobile to meet energy demands. How about some competition??? What about clean energy for businesses, more efficient homes, or you name it for that matter. We have the reason to increase GDP in America by creating new products. So why wait and let China create the new technologies and sell them at a dirt cheap price? Seems like we are wasting a lot of time.
